All are welcome to our annual general meeting being held at the fire station at 2pm 8th March 2009.

Members can vote for executive positions and all can learn about what is happening in our brigade.

11am - Sunday, 22 February (brunch available) or 8pm - Wednesday, 

 at Scotland Island Fire Station

Scotland Island is in the highest bushfire-risk category in NSW.
This means a severe bushfire incident will occur - it's only a matter of when.
The best protection we all have is the collective preparation of every household in our community

The Annual General Meeting for the brigade will be held on Sunday 8th March at 2.30 pm at the Station.

All members are encouraged to come and be part of the election of office bearers. Membership fees will also be due on this day.

New members are also cordially invited to come and see the operation of the Brigade.

We recently purchased some recovery equipment to be used in conjunction with the power winch
attached to our personnel carrier. The equipment was purched from ARB Ltd, who very kindly made a considerable concession in terms of purchase price, enabling us to ensure a very high quality of equipment. The brigade will continue to train using the gear, and can be called upon to help out with incidents whjere this expertise is needed.
